Kai is boring. That is, he has very little opinion or thought of his own, used to doing what people expect of him and following the law to the letter. His first real decision was leaving home in search of hismissing sibling.

Personality-wise, he's a real people-pleaser who always tries to put others before himself, sometimes to a self-destructive degree. He doesn't see anything wrong with his beahviour, and in fact expects others to do the same, or deems them selfish. In his college years he practically tore himself apart for a degree he didn't even care for. Today, he still deals with anxiety and the pressure of expectation, but he's far better at hiding it. However, he also deals with deep-seated anger issues, and will lose it if you insult his family or question his morality.
